I’m Coach Darcy Eikenberg, and here’s one thing I know: leading in a big, complex organization is no small feat.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked with senior leaders and their teams who want to handle high-stakes demands without losing themselves in the process.

My coaching approach combines neuroscience insights and real-world consulting experience with down-to-earth language and results-focused actions. Clients tell me I make the work fun and engaging, but keep them moving forward, fast, so they can apply strategies that actually work in their daily leadership lives.

I’m proud to be credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF, the independent gold standard for ethical professional coaches) and I’m currently pursuing my master coaching designation, which fewer than 3000 people have earned worldwide. My work’s been published in the Harvard Business Review, Fast Company and more, plus I’ve written two books, allowing me to help even more people beyond those I can coach directly.
