Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with leaders inside top companies like The Coca-Cola Company, State Farm, Microsoft, Deloitte, and Aon. I’ve coached senior teams, spoken at leadership conferences across the country, and published practical career advice in places like Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Forbes. I’ve also led teams inside a global consulting firm—so I know what it’s like to be in your chair, juggling big responsibilities and bigger expectations.
